We had Jimmy and his crew come out to install a new furnace and AC at our house since ours was getting dated, and we wanted to upgrade to a more efficient furnace and add AC. jimmy came out quickly to talk about options, equipment types, and pricing on everything. We had an official quote within a couple days, and scheduled work shortly after. Install went very smoothly, and was done within the day. The great part; the newly installed furnace came with a bad control board. The integrity, and quality of a company really shows through when they face challenges (and this one had nothing to do with them) Jimmy called me to troubleshoot that night, and came out on a Saturday morning to look into it in person.
